Bureaucracy slows down many companies, so here we built one that practices simple, lean and efficient processes.Last but not least, we define success based on the value we create for our users.**Job Description**:- Development of scalable, reliable, and testable backend of A Job Thing's products.- Maintain, enforce, and implement common conventions, standards, and technologies.- Work with a team of developers, designers, project manager, and other personnel/team to deliver new features.**Qualifications**:1. Have good experience as Backend Developer (3 years minimum).2. Good understanding or experience with REST API development and security.3. Hands-on experience with Laravel or Micronaut will be given priority.4. Experience in SQL queries and RDBMS with special consideration for those with MySQL experience.6. Familiar with these will be considered as a plus: QL, Groovy, Java, Elasticsearch, Gradle, Spock, Gitlab CICD, Docker, AWS, Redis.7.
