Jewelry Representative Offline/Customer Service

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Educate customers about jewellery products at Spilla Jewelry (Karawang)
- Actively serve customers offline while providing upselling.
- Inputting orders and daily reports.
- Handling customer complaints.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Willing to be placement in **Karawang.**:

- Female, maximum 27 years old.
- Minimum bachelor's degree from all majors (Communication Science / Marketing Management / Hospitality majors are preferred)
- Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have the ability to handle complaints
- Cheerful, friendly and polite
