Jr. Estimator

**Key Responsibility**
- Estimating projects using preliminary drawings and site information or Tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and trades as required to formulate pricing
- Reviewing variations and amending jobs as needed
- Maintaining the Estimating/Job Database
- Assist with ad hoc project reports and duties
- Reviewing tender documents and digital filing
- General Admin/Project duties
- Working to deadlines and handling the pressure

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Good Logical and Analytical thinking
- Ability to learn fast and work independently
- Fluent in English, both verbal and writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with a tight schedule

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh Graduate
Contract length: 6 months
