**Placement: Jakarta**

**Working Arrangement: Hybrid**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Preparing reports, presentations, and commercial offers for clients
- Maintaining strong client relationships and serving as the primary contact
- Working with internal teams to execute digital marketing campaigns on time and within budget
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Addressing client issues promptly and effectively
- Handling account-related administrative tasks and documentation
- Preparing media plans
- Supporting in marketing research
- Working with analytics platforms and MMPs

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (both written and spoken)
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
- Collaborative communicator
- Preferably familiar with Google Workspace (Slides, Doc, Sheet, etc)
- Effective problem solver and solution maker
- Possessing a solid 'keen to details' mindset and attitude
- Being involved in an advertising agency, especially in the AM/CS field
- Passionate in building communication and empowering people
- An open-minded and supportive team player
- Willing and ready to quickly learn new things
- Having a desire grow in the digital sphere

Pay: Rp7,500,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
