Junior Controller

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting responsibilities include conducting month-end closing, reconciling balance accounts, and implementing internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting, integrity, and compliance.
- Budgeting responsibilities involve participating in budget development, tracking revenue and expenses, and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- ?Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial performance for efficient budget planning.
- ?Assist in collections to support cash flow management and financial operations.
- Undertake additional tasks to support the organization's financial objectives as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- ?Have experience as External Auditor.
- Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and financial principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- ?Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
