?? Job Role Monitor and evaluate inbound performance based on the agreed SLA, such as those from distributors or principals and customer returns. Monitor and evaluate the stock opname's performance in accordance with the agreed SLA. Provide operational data, which includes inbound, storage, and outbound data. Communicate constantly with management, staff, and vendors. Apply problem solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis. Maintain a positive work environment according to the company's values and ensure that all team members are aligned. Maintain a professional demeanor when providing and receiving feedback. Ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Assist in the budget and operational finance control processes. Assist in the implementation of improvements. ?? Possess excellent communication skills. Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimise errors.
