Junior Marketing Communication

**Role Description**
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Communication who will be responsible for supporting our marketing team, executing marketing and communication strategies, and contributing to the development of marketing initiatives. The role requires hands-on support for various administrative marketing tasks, database management, and interacting with the Indonesia creative team, social media teams, media agencies, and relevant stakeholders in the local and regional marketing team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in marketing, communications, or PR-related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passion for coffee and gastronomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Indonesian
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize workload effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with various stakeholders
- Effective problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute
- A team player who is also able to work independently
