Junior Marketing Communication

**What You'll Do**:- Manage marketing activities both online and offline.- Constantly bring potential lead/client to the business development team and pro-actively boost HACKLAB business performance.- Craft, and manage marketing kit of every product in HACKLAB, including but not limited to pitch deck, website, brochure, proposal, proposal template, etc.- Create and manage a marketing campaign for HACKLAB.- Create and manage external communication using our official channels such as Instagram, newsletters, Facebook fan-page, LinkedIn page, Twitter.- Manage HACKLAB's online working and marketing accounts such as Freelancer, Upwork, and other similar services.- Represent HACKLAB in any marketing, and networking agenda with another party.**What You'll Need**:- Minimal bachelor degree from Business, Marketing Communication, or related fields.- Have experience in B2B Marketing Communication, Business Development, Partnership, or similar fields.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.- Possesses a keen understanding of industry trends, media conversations, and cultural moments to build company's brand relevance and positive reputation and awareness.- Having proven experience in implementing Marketing Communication activities.- Having the experience working closely with vendors, KOLs, Media, Communities, or other related parties.- Excellent communicator and can work well with cross-functional teams.- Have a passion and understanding of the digital space and tools (esp.
