Junior Support Specialist

We are the fastest-growing iPad Point of Sales System in Indonesia from Australia. As we are expanding our team, we are currently looking for a Junior Support Specialist role to join our team in Jakarta to deliver service and support for our end-users.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Fresh graduated also welcome
- Currently studying toward Computer Science Degree is preferable
- Good communication skill
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Experience in networking & English (bonus)
- Age max. 35

Job Scope:

- Deliver service and support to end-users, via live chat, phone, and helpdesk
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications to Senior CSEs
- Liaise and inform the Support Specialist team of any relevant client updates or changes that may affect systems
- Other tasks as directed

Will be located in our Jakarta office headquarter.
