Junior User Success Executive (Store Commercial)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **
Ensuring a fast, easy and satisfying onboarding experience for our new merchants using SIRCLO's products**
- **
Follow-up merchants' questions thoroughly and turn an escalation into a great experience.

- **
Develop actionable plans to proactively reach out to merchants to secure their businesses successfully live and identify and / or develop up-sell opportunities.
**
- **
Building trust and maintain relationships with our users that promote retention and loyalty**
- **
- **
Provide relevant data to product a well-structured report**
- **
Collaborates with the team, upwards and other internal stakeholders to support overall company goals and objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **
BA/BS or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration / Management / Communications.
**
- **
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
**
- **
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
**
- **
An engaging communicator and to creatively convey the message clearly.
**
- **
A tech savvy person who loves to learn and adopt different technologies.
**
- **
Familiar with website content management systems (CMS).
**
- **
Passionate about helping local brands to grow and up to date with e-commerce overview.
**
- **
Updated with the latest local brands trends and also owning or aspiring to start an online store is a major plus.
