Role:
Managing and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Job responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients' needs.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, engineering, and product management, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing agreements with key accounts.
- Ensure contract compliance.

Job Requirements:

- Good English language skill (Mandarin will be a plus point).
- Previous experience in key account management, sales, or a similar role within the heavy machinery industry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with key accounts.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
