Key Account Manager

Establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with brands and marketplace

Prepare commercials strategy to support brand meet their sales target in marketplace

Close monitoring brand's performance from each marketplace and actively reporting to brands and team

Ensure on time and successful delivery of company's target according to customer needs and objectives

Coordinate with internal team to resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner

Prepare and present weekly and monthly report which contain about sales, operational, campaign and any brand's official store in marketplace

Collaboration with the Sales team to prepare commercial strategy for new target brands
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major

Having 3 years experience related to commercial / e-commerce / enabler industry (Sales, Marketing & Promotion)

Having experience to deliver client-focused solutions for customer needs

Excellent with project management, data storytelling and presentation

Strong verbal, written communication and teamwork skills

Excellent Interpersonal skill
