MileApp is a field operations management system that helps optimize businesses and make them more efficient. With features like a no-code mobile app builder, route optimization, automated reports, data mapping and visualization, MileApp can effectively manage field workers such as drivers, field sales, canvassers, technicians, and surveyors.
This Key Account Manager position is a full-time hybrid role. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, conducting business planning, providing customer service, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of key accounts. This role will require some work from the Jakarta office as well as the flexibility to work remotely.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience in similiar role in B2B software companies

Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and business planning skills
