Lead the JBP process for offline B2B accounts
Strategize and plan all offline projects.
Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the customer base.
Responsible for the accuracy of offline SKU requirement projections (forecasting).
Develop and maintain sales systems for all stores to be more effective and efficient.
Forecast & review business projections and sales targets.
Manage the use of marketing budget & margin in accordance with the target.
Responsible for Negotiation and Barter with offline B2B partners.
Achieve monthly sales target and outbound product quantity in offline channel
Proven experience in Offline Event/Retail minimum 2 years;
Have strong Leadership and able to manage team;
Target Oriented, Able to meet the department target;
Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;
Work well under pressure to meet deadline;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills.
