**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)- Cook food in various utensils or grillers- Check food while cooking to stir or turn- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly- Check quality of ingredients- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum education SMA / SMK, diploma / bachelor- Minimum 1 year experience as a cook helper / cook in restaurant- Experience in western and asian food- Service oriented, friendly, and well groomed- Willing to work as a team and under pressure- Willing to work under shift schedule including weekends and public holidays- Placement in Surabaya or Malang, depends on the company needs**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp2,750,000 per month**Experience**:- cook / cook helper: 1 year (required)
