Conceptualize campaign briefs and timelines and communicate with KOL Artists to develop campaign strategies and plans
- Create a brief in accordance with the results of target audience identification.
- Direct KOL Artists to communicate content in accordance with the brief
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign that has been running
- Create campaign result report and plan the next campaign
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication or Similar
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar profession
- Have extensive relationships in the world of mothers and children - Proficient in digital marketing and social media lines (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter)
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and service spirit
- Able to manage teams and manage time to meet company targets
