Developing KOL list and crafting strategist to be executed
Negotiating rate card with KOL Listed or potentially collaborated KOL
Conceptualize and manage demand driving strategy, executive and creating events involving influencers, KOLs across home and lifestyle or any related field, and popular culture
Engage in ideation/formation of campaign in generating and keeping up with KOL/influencers
Choose, manage, schedule meeting and remind on each KOL to deliver the campaign on time
Oversee the KOL performance
Manage the contract and dealing for each KOL
Coordinate with influencers & content to ensure that their work meets company standards
Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns
Maintain all of the administrative documents incuding payment, contract, document filling and the data tracking
Show leadership and manage campaign teams throughout the execution
Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on-set productions

Bachelor Degree from any field (preferebly form Communication)
1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in KOL/Influencer Management or similar role
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Proven min. 1 year of working experience in KOL/Influencer Management or similar role
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Strong network with influencers with good account management skills
Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brainstorming
Good communication, fast response, and negotiating skills
Up-to-date with social media trends and understanding audience segments. Especially in Tiktok & Instagram
Has KOL Database is a plus
