Kol Specialist (Internship)

**Job Requirements**:

- Great interpersonal skills: an initiative, and active person with a positive attitude.
- Fresh graduate or about to graduate are welcome.
- Proficiency in Google docs and Microsoft Office, especially google sheet and google slide
- Understand how to connect with Influencers
- Having a good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Solid understanding of how social media (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram) works and relevancy with creators and brand

**Things that you will do**:

- Onboard and manage KOLs with different tiering and reach across various categories
- Grow list of existing KOLs database. Establish & maintain relationships with KOLs
- Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences
- Negotiate with KOLs and budget
- Create and execute brief for KOLs.
- Track, analyze, and report the impact of social media, blog, and influencer marketing activities
- Monitor social media to gauge trends and inspiration

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From Rp1,500,000 per month

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
