- Create work methods and S-Curves effectively in terms of cost, time, and quality
- Coordinate with the planning team on construction obstacles
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field work reports
- Resolve field issues and report work progress to superiors
- Male
- Minimum D3 in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Understands construction management
- Detail-oriented, result-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead a field team and has good communication skills
- Placement: Bandung
