Ø Identifying, leading, implementing and tracking the projects.
Ø Analyze processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination.
Ø Supports Quality Plant Teams in increasing the effectiveness of processes.
Ø Support all departments in achieving their continuous improvement goals.
Ø Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ø Focus on productivity improvement, flow improvement, FIFO, and delivery.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT**
Ø Minimum Bachelor's degree
Ø 5 years experiences as Quality Control or Assurance, experienced in automotive, sanitary or ceramic industry will be an advantage.
Ø Deep understanding about Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving Methodology.
Ø Strong Leadership, hard worker, able to work under pressure and fast-paced.
