**Lab Analyst Physiology Row Crops****JOB PURPOSE**- Execute Seed Physiology Tests to meet the supply targets ensuring physiological quality as per internal standards- Resource Planning for timely completion of tests as per protocol- Execute accurate recording of results in system and communicating it to right stakeholders- Documentation, Communication, Implementation of Quality Management Systems and Lab Validation processes**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Planning and execution of Standard Germination, Useable Transplant, Soil Germination and Field Emergence Tests as per set protocols.- Execute Vigor tests: Soil Cold Test, Radical Emergence Test (RET), Cool germination, Saturated Salt Accelerated Aging (SSAA) tests as per requirement by following the standard protocol.- _Result Review for taking decision for dormancy test_, execute seed viability test Tetrazolium Test to support business.- Resource planning and management-lab chemicals, lab supplies and Lab instrument maintenance, calibration and validation.- Timely QC test result updating in SAP as per MDD, communication and maintain QC data back up at regular intervals.- Execute One PSS to bring operational efficiency & behavioral based improvements.- Execute GTD projects as per project timelines.- Work with Seed Production Innovation (SPI) teams for validation and implementation of new physiological test protocols.- Network with Global SPI network and participate in operations call.- Preparation of Training modules, Review of Test Procedures and Translation to local language.- Train seasonal and laboratory employees, that they perform with desired precision and efficiency.- Execute / Participate in Lab Validation Tests like Seed Check, Attribute Analysis (Blind test), Gage R&R, Local/ Regional/ Global Ring tests and ISTA Proficiency tests.- Participate in Continual Improvement projects and implement best practice.- Sustenance of QMS, EMS, ETS and Laboratory management systems.**WHO YOU ARE**- Masters degree in Agriculture, Seed Science & Technology, Agronomy, Physiology- Minimum 5 years experience in QA Lab Management.- Team Player- Result oriented- Relationship & Network**Application Period**:- 1 - 14 November 2023**Reference Code**:- 804952**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Indonesia : East Java : Surabaya**Functional Area**:- Quality**Position Grade**:- R10**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
