Laboratory & Formulation Manager

Research, create and review formulations for new or existing products.
- Ensure all projects consistently met the deadline set.
- Review product formulations and claims, and ensure they comply with the relevant and updated regulations.
- Proactively keep up to date with the changes of trends in products / formulations and regulations set by the local FDA.
- Set and improve procedures as required.
- Provide progress reports for all project assigned.
- Set and regularly review KPI of each team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, must be a certified Pharmacist.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managerial position in personal care / cosmetic industry or similar industry.
- Excellent knowledge and implementation of GMP, HALAL, & ISO Standards will be preferred.
- Great analytical skill, project management skill, and problem solving skill will be required.
- Must be excellent in leadership, multitasking, and communication skill.
- Willing to be placed in Kosambi, Tangerang

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Dari Rp7.000.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

- Tangerang: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)

Pendidikan:

- D1-D4 (Diwajibkan)

Pengalaman:

- Lab & Formulation, managerial.: 3 tahun (Diwajibkan)
