Landscape Design Engineer

**Job Descriptions**:- Create a macro-landscape concept- Create a TOR (Term of Reference) for landscape consultants- Create cluster landscape designs such as MTP gardens, gate gardens, ROW parks- Prepare RAB and check BQ (Bill of Quantity) from landscape consultant- Provide design assistance and monitor the landscape consultant's work schedule- Assist TRM and CP in the tender process and implementation of Aanwijzing (general technical explanation of landscape design)- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of designs in the field as an engineering function as well as produce and issue revisions for construction drawings due to adjustments to field conditions**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Associate Degree majoring in Landscape Architect- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field- Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office, Autocad, Photoshop, Coreldraw, and Sketschup)- Having the ability to design hardscape and softscape as well as BQ (Bill of Quantity) and working drawings- Willing to be placed in Cibubur
