Landscape Inspector - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:
Supervise, inspect, and maintain the estate environment which includes garden maintenance and cleanliness to achieve a clean and beautiful environment in accordance with predetermined quality standards.

Supervise and direct the work of environmental maintenance contractors/vendors working according to the schedule and SOP / Terms of Reference (TOR).

Checking the checklist for the work of contractors/vendors of Estate/Property Management so that they are in accordance with the work in the TOR.

**Job Qualifications**:
Minimum Diploma's Degree in Polytechnic or Landscape Architecture Major.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in Landscape field.

Have knowledge and ability in maintenance of urban landscape facilities.

Computer literate (Ms. Office).

Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
