We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Commercial team, to grow and coach a team of consultants and drive sales for the ID Commercial team by providing a world-class end to end Customer and Talent experience.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- ** Acquiring new clients **and doing end to end client management to fulfill the hiring needs
- Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Managing **the end to end hiring processes** while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- ** Min. 3 years experience **working within sales activityHigh EQ and ability to adapt with** technology and people**:
- Must have a passion and committed for** sales processes**:
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating
- Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage
- Some recruitment experience would be preferred
