**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating Lean improvement project portfolio.
- Coordinating the development of line process flow. Organizing Lean Action Work Outs for site manufacturing facility
- Assist in the development of SOP's specifically focused on plant manufacturing processes.
- Leading Lean improvement projects from define phase till implementation.
- Work with selected function on how to develop Lean mindset and Lean oriented processes to improve efficiency and standardize work.
- Partner with plant line staff to collect observations, ideas, and solutions. Provide ongoing guidance/training on Lean.
- Gather best practices. Own shop operation quality metrics and drive systematical analysis & improvement actions.
- Lean Project implementation at all its stages according to the PDCA methodology
- Organization of the Kaizen AWO workshops in accordance with the pre-defined Lean Project plan.
- Ensure the Lean tools such as Standard Work, 5S etc are in proper use at the defined area
- Realize the Site Lean implementation plan according to the company Lean strategy

**General Qualifications**:
- A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Management, or Engineering from a local or internationally reputable university
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and handle multiple tasks.
- In Lean Action Workout Experience or other hands-on experience in Lean deployment and driving changes in production shop floor through strategic projects,
- 2+ years of relevant experience in driving project
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, and leadership capability.
- Ability to work across organizational lines (within the facility, regional, and global organization)
- Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change,
- Able to motivate and lead others through continuous improvement actions.
- Fluent English skill both in written and oral.
- Excellent PC skill with Microsoft Office & SAP, etc.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required, and
- Willing to stay in Bandung.
