Learning And Development Intern

L&D Intern will must understand the organisation strategy and its future capability needs in order to identify learning priorities across the organisation. Also create learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be their best.
- Carrying out capability assessments across the organization
- Designing blended learning solutions
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
- Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes
- Facilitating learning interventions
- Creating a coaching culture in the organization
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.

**Specific Qualification**:

- Male/Female, max. 25 years old
- Minimum education level: currently in college, high school, or vocational school. Majoring in a related field is a plus.
- High level of initiative, strong will to learn new stuff, and able to carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction or supervision.
- Available for a minimum of 3 (three) months internship duration.
- Willing to be responsible for providing accommodation and your own personal needs during the internship.
