Learning Consultant

**Job Descriptions**:

- Conduct analyses to identify clients needs gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct a feasibility program to inform learning solutions and design between Internal and client.
- Orchestrating syllabus/modul concept/proposal for potential clients program together with Learning Designer
- Maintain communication with potential clients related to learning program
- Develop implementation plans with Program Managers

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowing our product very well (especially in B2B), or experience in Learning Consultant Company
- Passionate in Education/Training Industry
- Have background/knowing sales/business or Learning & Development function
