Learning & Development Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative L&D strategies and programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor training initiatives effectively.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences both online and in-person.
- Monitor and report on employee progress and program success.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional development.

- Experience in Learning & Development, with a track record of delivering successful programs.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
