Job Description Ensure Timely Resolution Of Cases Related To PMI Learning Offering Via Centralized Ticketing SystemSupport The Deployment Of Global Learning Programs By Creating Or Updating Sessions, Events And Recording Course Completion In The LMS SystemBe Fully Accountable For Data Input & Integrity And Administration In All Relevant Systems In Order To Guarantee Effective And High-quality Data ManagementEffectively Collaborate With Other Teams Within LTP To Support Development Of The PMI Learning OfferMaintain And Update Online And Digital Assets In Fuse CommunitiesParticipate In UAT To Test New Tools, Systems, Or ProcessesRequirement Bachelor's DegreeKnowledge and working experience in learning management system maintenance and administrationStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail, organization, and deadlines and can work with minimum supervisionHas good analytical skills; able to advise basic troubleshooting procedures, resolve learning system issues that are within scope and prepare learning reports as per stakeholder requirements
