Lease Coordinator - Itc Group

**Job Descriptions**:

- Search for new tenants for units that are still vacant in order to achieve the desired target.
- Master the preparation of PNL leasing tenancy.
- Understand the update of commercial building property rental values.
- Monitor and coordinate leasing issues and tenant activities in malls.
- Maintain and update the database of prospective tenants and existing tenants.
- Responsible for all leasing staff activities in order to achieve the desired income target.
- Up to date with current latest digital marketing and business development trends.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Lease Staff in office building, shopping centre/retail industry.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Knowledge in leasing administration.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- High motivated and target oriented.
- Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance.
- Willing to be placed in ITC Group, Jakarta area.
