Lease Staff - Itc Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Monitor the validity period of the lease according to the agreement, surveying areas that can be used as commercial land
- Prepare complete leasing documents according to the requirements required in the leasing agreement with the tenant/customer and in accordance with the applicable SOP.
- Carry out commercial area marketing activities (common area, promotional media, kios rental)

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree any major
- Minimum 2 year of working experience as Lease Staff in shopping center/retail industry
- Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure
- Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
