Lease Staff - Itc Group

**Job Descriptions**:

- Monitor the validity period of the lease according to the agreement.
- Survey areas that can be potential for commercial area.
- Prepare leasing documents according to the leasing agreement with the tenant/customer and in accordance with the applicable SOP.
- Carry out commercial area marketing activities (common area, promotional media, kiosk rental).

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree any major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Lease Staff in shopping centre/retail industry.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure.
- Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance.
- Willing to be placed in ITC Group, Jakarta Area.
