Legal Officer

To handle both internal and external legal concerns;Drafting and reviewing documents (agreement, formal letter, and corporate documents);Conducting legal research;To process documents (filling agreement and any other legal paperwork);Handle company permits (OSS, LKPM)Possess a Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of the relevant work experience;Ability to analyze and identify problems in management area, recommend and implement solutions;Ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently, plan work, maintain good interpersonal relations and communications with colleague;Have knowledge on corporate laws and regulations;Well organized and pay attention to details;Has the ability to evaluate legal aspect and/or situation, able to provide solutions with the aim to protect legal rights of the company.
