**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (S1), majoring in Law from reputable university
- Have minimum 2 years of experiences as Legal Officer
- Proven experience in legal consulting and preparing legal documents
- Have knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work on-site in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
- Make summary/history of legal documents (agreements, deed, business license, corporate documents, etc.)
- Fully responsible in handling audit and due diligence matters
- Project coordinator of contract management
- Review and draft legal documents
- Responsible to the stationery supplies
