**Job** Descriptions**:

- Support business in providing legal services by drafting, reviewing, advising, projects with laws and regulations.
- Proofread to ensure the documents are clean and clear with typo errors, including all pages, attachments, and cross-refer analyzing potential legal risks, and assuring the compliance of legal documents are appropriate.
- Conduct legal research on laws and regulations which may impact the INVITE business/projects.
- Assist in interpreting laws and regulations in any related legal documents.
- Handle any day-to-day legal clerical/admin, including repetitive tasks.
- Other legal supports are required to maintain INVITE business/projects.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law Major.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Legal field.
- Having experience in reviewing contracts and legal documents, or working in the legal sector, especially related to companies.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of important documents.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
