Logistics Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
Procurement
- Review quotes and documents prior to issuing Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers
- Manage PO process from issuing of PO to supplier acknowledgement and PO closure
- Work with suppliers to expedite or defer materials as required by stakeholders while at the same time endeavor to meet business' demand and inventory.
- Ensure timely update and expediting of PO status
- Resolve PO discrepancies
- Sourcing for 3rd party suppliers for products and services
- Price Negotiation for Tendering and Contract

Warehouse
- PO receiving process
- Support cycle count process and documentation
- Admin tasks
- Inventory counting yearly
- Safety Stock forecast and monitoring

Shipping
- Sales order shipping tasks in ERP
- Freight sourcing
- Recording and reporting shipment, productivity, etc
- Customs report
- Trade compliance reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Procurement activities
- Experience in industrial products, project execution and aftermarket services environment
- Experience in negotiation with suppliers on pricing and delivery
- Proficient in Ms Office, Excel
- Able to multi-task, work independently and a strong team player
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Preferably knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Fluent in English business
- Easy going personality
- Have vehicle with driving license A

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: Rp14,000,000 - Rp15,300,000 per month
