1. Bertanggung jawab terhadap operasional dan aktivitas preventive maintenance. Trouble shooting, dan corrective maintenance atas seluruh peralatan listrik yang terdapat di area pabrik
2. Melakukan perbaikan terhadap peralatan listrik yang mengalami kendala operasional
3. Mengidentifikasi masalah, melakukan control kualitas dan memastikan bahwa semua kinerja peralatan listrik berfungsi pada level operasional yang optimum
4. Melakukan pekerjaan rutin di lapangan untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional mesin-mesin produksi
5. Bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan cost reduction dengan melakukan kontrol yang tepat terhadap penggunaan sparepart dan consumables
6. Bertanggung jawab terhadap penggunaan material untuk mencapai efektivitas pekerjaan
7. Memberikan support selama pelaksanaan commissioning dan start up mesin
8. Membuat daily electrical maintenance report
9. Ready to anticipate any electrical call out at 24 hrs/day in all over plants
