Maintenance Planner (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Company specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner for Oil & Gas projects. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules for various equipment and facilities to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and programs for Oil & Gas projects, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules Monitor and analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and reduce downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities Review and optimize spare parts inventory levels to support maintenance activities Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of required materials and services Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 8+ years of experience in maintenance planning for Oil & Gas projects Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling concepts Familiarity with maintenance systems and tools such as CMMS, SAP, or Maximo Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and best practices in the Oil & Gas industry
