Role and Responsibilities
- Maximum 45 years old
- Bachelor degree Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Physics, Informatics, Information System, Environmental, Civil) or equivalents, more preferable graduate from Reputable University.
- Able to work in high pressure
- Approximately at least 10 years of working experience (min. 5 years as Maintenance Manager or Assistant Manager)
- Preferable Manager/Assistant Manager specializing in chemical Manufacturing / Industries Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3, FSSC 22000
- Excellent leadership & communication Skill
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strength in : Preventive Maintenance, Organizational & Planning skills, safe work practices and procedures, Managing contractors for maintenance related outsourced activities.
- Having positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Full - Time position(s) available
- Preferable domicile in East Java, willing to based in Factory (Malang)
- Having Experience & knowledge for Maintenance & TPM (Technical Preventif Maintenance), Facilities & Machinery like : Boiller, Compresor, Turbin and High Capacity Pump
- Understand and Fammiliar in using ERP system eg. SAP or Oracle.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible and meticulous.
- Possess positive attitude, good communications and interpersonal skills.
