Management Trainee Merchandiser

This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit on Merchandiser Area. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge especially in Merchandiser Department, skills and resources to develop your relationship building.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree from reputable university in any major
- Fresh graduate are welcomely to apply
- Strong verbal and written in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- High energy, self motivated, self directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Detail oriented with strong follow-up practices
- Must be computer literate intermediate required
- Willing to be place at Jepara, Central Java
