- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Textile industry
- Strong knowledge of Spare Parts for Industrial purposes
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Proficient in Mechanical Improvement or Maintenance, Assembly, or Machine Processing (CNC programming, Manual machining operation, Dimension measurement)
- Well-organized, capable of effective teamwork, and Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to be placed in Central Java
