**Job responsibilities**:
- Act as Country Marketing head to lead initiatives to grow market share profitably
- Conduct in-depth market study to identify growth opportunities
- Design and develop value proposition and customer experience to meet target segment needs
- Plan and execute campaigns to acquire, grow and retain customers
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of relevant experience with proven result
- Strong analytical skill, ability to influence others, good communication & story-telling skill
- Experience in building and leading high-performing team a plus
- Bachelor degree or above, in Marketing or related field
