**EOSH Manager**
**Position Overview**
As a key member of the QSE Team reporting to the CPS Indonesia QSE Manager, the EOSH Manager will be responsible for the following:
**Sustainability**:
- Drive the site sustainability and environment strategy with the plant leaders and key focus areas to improve sustainability performance, have the right priorities, expertise, and initiatives to achieve CPS sustainability vision as well as ensure compliance to regulatory and TCCC requirements. This will include the implementation of needed processes, programs, metrics, and technologies to deliver performance results.
- Coordinate and implement the Environmental programs in compliance with the local law and regulations and corporate requirements. Provides advice, guidance and management on all matters relating to environment.
**Safety**:
- Safety strategy with the plant leaders and key focus areas to improve safety performance, have the right priorities, expertise, and initiatives to achieve our vision of "Zero is Possible". This will include the implementation of needed processes, programs, metrics, and technologies to deliver safety performance results.
- Coordinate and implement the Occupational Safety Management programs in compliance with the local law and regulations and corporate requirements. Provides advice, guidance and management on all matters relating to Health, Safety & Security, ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
This leader will benchmark internally and externally, leverage best-in-class systems and processes, collaborate across functions, be result oriented, be a self-starter and creative, have constructive curiosity, and will bring innovative solutions to the table, knowing that "one size does not fit all." Should be proficient in influencing and driving change through engagement with all levels of the organization.
**Responsibilities**
**Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Strategies and Initiatives**
- Drive sustainable management of resources aligned with CPS 2030 strategy, including energy, water, and packaging in alignment with our TCCC World Without Waste vision:
- Develop Water, Energy, Sustainability Vision & Master Plan for the Plant site.
- Build a roadmap for water management based on project pipeline and associated CAPEX plan for water reduction, replenish project to drive water regeneration and meeting AWS (Alliance for Water Stewardship) principles.
- Lead strategy to drive decarbonization of our supply chain to reduce energy usage of the site; develop renewable strategy to move to green energy and support efforts in decarbonization of scope 3 emissions related to transport, packaging, and ingredients.
- Provide engineering design and maintenance input and support for all facility process to ensure that they are sustainable by design.
- Lead environment/sustainability management program to align with company direction, includes general & hazardous waste management, process water & wastewater treatment, energy management & pollution prevention.
- Continuously improve the site safety and environment management system to satisfy ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standard, Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS), KORE Requirements, and local law and regulations:
- Develop, implement, and maintain company, local or international authorities' environment, health and safety programs whichever is stricter to ensure adherence to all laws, regulations, guidelines, and company requirement.
- Manage and execute health and safety programs to promote zero accident culture as the appointed WSHO (workplace safety health officer)
- Develop emergency and incident management plans, training and co-ordinate with onsite management and off-site emergency services and exercises.
- Advise senior management on strategies for Facility Fire Prevention & Protection, to ensure compliance with Corporate & Insurance requirements, and to minimize financial loss of assets due to fires.
- Lead monthly safety committee meeting (P2K3)
- Implement and monitor safety initiatives including Safety First and Culture of Care, Life Saving Rules, Serious Injury & Fatality potential (SIFp), Behaviour Based Safety (BBS), Near Miss Reporting Program, Ergonomic Program, IH & Noise Monitoring Program, Property Damages, Contractor Management, and other safety programs.
- Lead safety risk assessment program and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure risk assessments are conducted and reviewed, and required actions are identified & implemented to mitigate risks.
- Lead Safety Maturity assessment and propose actions to close any gaps identified during the assessment.
- Strategize capex investment by proposing the right investments to support metrics achievement and roadmap in both Safety and Sustainability area and being part of LRP submission, manage budget, recommend cost savings and proactively negotiate with vendors.
