Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor monthly schedule and sales team performance
- Set sales goals, achieve the goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities to improve, and implement them
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Motivating and inspiring the sales team to surpass their potential
- Cooperate with other departments for reaching the best results
Reporting to Manager and Higher Management as advised.
**Requirements**:
Requirements and skills
- 1-2 years of experience with proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Market and products
- Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
