We are currently looking for:
**Manufacturing Service Analyst**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum One year experience on either Quality or industrial process (required)
- Availability to travel 50% of time (required)
- Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
- Preferably knowledge Quality Audit
- Preferably knowledge in premium connections, industrial process and/or Thread production. Special processes such as phosphating, abrasive blasting, copper plating, Dopeless® Technology, stress relieving.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Plans and conducts Quality Audits with focus on Tenaris Connections requirements in Tenaris units and TPLs (Third Party Licensees)
- Provides Technical support also to Tenaris units & TPLs in relation to the manufacturing of Tenaris Connections (premium and semi-premium connections) including Gauges, Tooling, CNC Programming, Procedures, Forming, Drawing/IR, Quality and TLN system, as Licensor Technical Representative (LTR).
- Ensures issues relating to quality for Licensee and Manufacturing Services specifically: Audits, Corrective Actions, Customer Survey, Deviation Request.
- Performs assistance activity for the support of TenarisHydril premium connections including, licensee qualification, training, licensee quality audits, and licensee technical assistance.
- Provides timely response to support requests in a professional and efficient manner in support of customers expectations
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

**Work Location**:
This position will be placed in **Cilegon - Banten, Indonesia
