Market Analyst

**Key Accountabilities**
- Gathering market operated prices at Cluster level for all the products.
- Validating Jiva prices by connecting with R1's and placing orders through R2 if required.
- Understanding market trends in Agrochemical and seed sectors.
- Understanding price fluctuations and accordingly recommend required modifications.
- Understanding market trends with respect to products in demand and accordingly recommend.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture
- 1+ years' experience at Agro-input company
- Experience working in start-ups and small teams. This is an executing role with limit support
- Willing to be placed in East Java operational area.
- Willing to do field visit for survey.

**Key Performance Indicators & Conduct Requirements**:

- Increase in-app usage and MAU rates for the existing user base across Jiva's products and services
- Improve current retention rates, and size of installed user base across Jiva's products and services
- Experimentation delivery and tracking
- PIC for in-app, on website, and external messaging channels (SMS, WA) and communication

**Experience**:

- Agri - input: 1 year (required)
