Marketing Assistant

Job Description

1. Develops strategies and key tactics, plans, takes lead, and be responsible for the results of tactics: from sets

marketing targets for tactics, manages budgets, develops and executes Demand Generation solutions, improves

brand image, generates leads, develops partners, and facilitates opportunity conversion, and achieves optimal ROI.

**2. Content draft**: Develop the tactic content plan based on the existing marketing content, offer, and RTE elements,

and coordinate relevant resources to develop marketing materials.

3. Plans and executes tactics delivered through digital channels, such as social media, website marketing, database

marketing, and digital traffic diversion, and takes responsibility for the execution results of the tactics.

4. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Manage and guide

suppliers to participate in the planning and execution of tactics.

Requirement

1. At least 1 year+ demonstrable experience in marketing, including Marketing events and digital marketing. Working

experience in IT technology will be preferable.

2. Creative thinking to generate innovative ideas for compelling campaigns and marketing tactics. Proven content

drafting skills, use presentation software effectively and leverage well with digital platforms.

3. Good Communication skills and teamwork sense. Ability to withstand high work pressure and continuously work

efficiently.

4. Good language skills in oral and written English and Mandarin.
