**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and product promotion.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, such as brochures, infographics, videos, and digital ads.
- Manage and update the company's website content to ensure it aligns with the marketing communication strategy and maintains a fresh and compelling online presence.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking key metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing communication strategies.Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners to secure media coverage and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure marketing communication efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
**Job Qualifications**:
- At least **1-2 year(s) of working experience** in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on marketing communication performance.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design, with experience in graphic design and video editing as a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles is a plus.
