We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a flair for storytelling and a keen understanding of business and investment to spearhead our marketing initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing a content-driven, inbound lead-generating marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our content calendar, as well as producing a significant amount of the content herself. This includes writing and graphic design.
Specifically, the Content Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives.
- Implement inbound marketing tactics to attract and convert our target audience through compelling content, SEO, social media, and other digital strategies.
- Deeply understand our dual audience segments—retirement-age business owners and mid-career aspiring entrepreneurs—to tailor content and campaigns.
- Oversee the distribution of content across selected channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximizing engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with external partners and internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and brand voice.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Exceptional Writing: Proven experience in producing well-researched, engaging content for a business audience.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the business and investment landscape, preferably with insights into small business operations and the M&A domain.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualise and execute a long-term marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Agile and responsive to the dynamic nature of content marketing, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Native-Level English Proficiency: You must possess native-level fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts and narratives clearly and persuasively both orally and in writing. Your command of the language should enable you to craft content that engages and resonates with a diverse, high-level audience.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the business/investment sector.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of content creation, from articles to multimedia.
